Steve Watts; Co-Founder

Steve has a passion with events and how they create natural, social engagements and positive discourse.

In 2009, he co-founded a community arts space in Gastown called Muster Studios which specialized in live music and performance. He became the resident event manager, booking talent, managing logistics, event marketing and branding.

In 2012, Steve co-founded the Eastvan Pillowfight Club, a non-profit society that raised money and awareness for the Vancouver Rape Relief and Women’s shelter. In this role he became the communications manager, working directly with sponsors such as Kraken Rum, Cariboo Brewing, and The Peak 102.7.

Steve’s fascination with drones, and the future they’ll help develop led him to apply his previous event-related experience to co-found Drone Fair.
